Terms of Use
Last updated 9 July 2026
These terms apply between you and TERCZA (“we”, “us”) when you use this website. By using the site you accept them. They cover the website only — any campaign, representation, or other engagement we agree with a brand or a creator is governed by its own written agreement, which takes precedence for that work.
What the site is for
The site describes what TERCZA does and gives you ways to contact us. Its content is general information, not an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or professional advice. Campaign figures, audience numbers, and past results shown here are illustrative of work we and our creators do; they are not a promise of the outcome of any future campaign.
Using the site fairly
Don’t misuse the site: no attempting to break, probe, or overload it, no scraping its content or harvesting contact details at scale, no submitting unlawful, deceptive, or abusive material through the contact form, and no using the site to misrepresent a relationship with us.
Our content and creator content
The TERCZA name, wordmark, site design, and written content belong to us. The creators shown on this site, their names, images, and work belong to them and appear here with their permission as part of our representation of them. You may view and share links to the site freely; you may not republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit its content — ours or theirs — without written permission.
Links to other places
The site links out to third-party platforms — creator profiles on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and our booking page on Cal.com. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or how they operate.
Availability
We aim to keep the site accurate and available but provide it “as is”, without a guarantee that it will always be online, error-free, or current. We may change or remove content at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site’s content or from interruptions to its availability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page, with its date, is the one in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Law and questions
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. Questions about anything here: info@tercza.net.
