Privacy Policy
Last updated 10 July 2026
This policy explains what personal information TERCZA (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the website only; where we work with a brand or a creator under a contract, that contract and its own privacy terms apply to the engagement.
Who we are
TERCZA is a UK-based influencer marketing agency. We are the controller of the personal information described on this page. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@tercza.net.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email address, whether you’re contacting us as a brand, a creator, or something else, and the message you write. That is all the form asks for.
- Bookings. If you book a call through our scheduling link, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and the time you pick, and shares them with us so the meeting can happen.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to run the site securely. We do not use these to identify visitors.
How we use it
We use enquiry and booking details to reply, to prepare for the conversation you asked for, and to manage the relationship if we start working together. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to people who contact a business, and, where a contract follows, the steps needed to enter into it. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking emails stay in our mailbox while they are useful for managing the conversation or the relationship, and we delete them when they are not. Ask us to delete yours sooner at any time and we will, unless we need to keep something to meet a legal obligation.
Cookies
The main site sets no analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies. One exception: our advertising landing pages (addresses under /campaigns) use Google’s conversion measurement, which may set advertising cookies so we can tell that a visit from an ad led to a booked call. Avoiding those pages avoids those cookies, and they are never used on the rest of the site.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated date. Material changes will be flagged clearly on this page.
